Abstract System Login and Registration
BANTAO Congress
Organizing Committee invites all physicians and nurses to submit abstracts to the congress.
All abstracts will be accepted online only on the congress website (www.tsnbantao.org) as of 17 June 2022. Abstracts will be sent in
two different categories as TSN and BANTAO. Papers that do not comply with the writing rules during the
submission of the abstracts will not be evaluated.
You can submit your papers online at www.nephroloji2022.org.
Papers sent by e-mail, fax and other means will not be accepted.
With the online abstract system, you can submit your paper step by step into the
system. In order for you to submit your paper in the system, you must register to the system by entering a
username consisting of your e-mail address and your password, and then log in to the system.
The preferred presentation style of the papers should be stated as oral or poster.
The title of the abstract should be written in capital letters and no dot should be
placed at the end.
The names of the researchers should be written without using academic titles, the
institutions they work in should be stated and the name of the researcher who will present the paper should
be underlined.
The abstract should be written with single space and centered, without leaving any
paragraphs.
The Turkish or English version of the abstract should be written using the
subtitles of Introduction, Methods, Results and Conclusion.
Uncertain expressions such as “results will be presented at the meeting” should not
be used.
The number of characters in the text of the abstract should not be more than 300
words, excluding the title, the names of the researchers and their institutions.
More than 2 tables or figures should not be used in the abstract.
After checking all of the papers submitted to the system, the "Submission" process
must be completed. Otherwise, the abstract you sent will appear in the system as incomplete/draft.
After finalizing your paper, we kindly ask you not to forget the reference number
assigned to your paper by the system and the password you have logged into the system.
The deadline for submission of abstracts is September 16, 2022. Abstracts sent after
this date will not be accepted.
Submitted papers will be evaluated over 100 points by the Abstract Evaluation
Board, keeping the names and institutions of the researchers confidential, and will be accepted as oral or
poster presentations according to the results of this evaluation.
The results of the papers, the dates and numbers of the presentations will be
announced on the congress website and the owners of the papers will be notified via e-mail.
All correspondence regarding the papers entered into the system will be made with
the person who entered the notice into the system.

In order for the accepted paper to be presented at the congress, the researcher who
will make the presentation must have registered for the congress.
Accepted papers cannot be withdrawn in any way.
All accepted papers will be published in the Abstract Book and distributed free of
charge to all participants.

Bildiri Sistemi Giriş Ve Kayıt
Kongre Düzenleme
Kurulu, tüm hekim ve hemşireleri kongreye bildiri göndermeye davet etmektedir. Tüm bildiriler sadece online
olarak kongre web sitesi (www.nefroloji2022.org) üzerinden 25 Nisan 2022 tarihi itibari ile kabul edilecektir.
Bildiriler TND Ulusal Kongresi ve Hemşirelik Kongresi olmak üzere iki ayrı kategoride gönderilecektir. Bildiri
gönderimi esnasında bildiri yazım kurallarına uymayan bildiriler değerlendirilmeye alınmayacaktır.
Bildirilerinizi online olarak www.nefroloji2022.org sitesinden gönderebilirsiniz.
E-mail,fax ve diğer yollarla gönderilen bildiriler kabul edilmeyecektir.
Online bildiri sistemi ile adım adım bildirinizin sisteme girişini yapabilirsiniz.
Bildirinizi sisteme girebilmeniz için, E-posta adresinizden oluşan bir kullanıcı adı ve şifrenizi girerek
sisteme kayıt olmalı ve sonra sisteme giriş yapmalısınız.
Bildirilerin tercih edilen sunum şekli, sözlü veya poster olarak belirtilmelidir.
Bildiri özeti başlığı büyük harflerle yazılmalıdır ve sonuna nokta konulmamalıdır.
Araştırmacıların isimleri, akademik ünvan kullanılmadan yazılmalı, çalıştıkları
kurumlar belirtilmeli ve bildiriyi sunacak araştırmacının adının altı çizilmelidir.
Özet paragraf arası bırakılmadan, tek aralıklı ve ortalanmış olarak yazılmalıdır.
Bildiri özetinin Türkçesi Giriş, Yöntemler, Bulgular ve Sonuç alt başlıkları
kullanılarak yazılmalıdır.
“Sonuçları toplantıda sunulacaktır” şeklinde belirsiz ifadeler kullanılmamalıdır.
Bildiri özeti metninin karakter sayısı, başlık, araştırıcı isimleri ve kurumları
hariç 300 kelime’den fazla olmamalıdır.
Bildiri özetinde 2’den fazla tablo veya şekil kullanılmamalıdır.
Sisteme girişi yapılan bildirilerin tamamının kontrol edildikten sonra
“Sonlandırma” işleminin mutlaka yapılması gerekmektedir. Aksi takdirde gönderdiğiniz bildiri sistemde
tamamlanmamış olarak görünecektir.
Bildirinizi sonlandırdıktan sonra sistem tarafından bildirinize atanan referans
numarasını ve sisteme giriş yaptığınız şifrenizi unutmamanızı rica ederiz.
Bildiri özetlerinin son gönderim tarihi 16 Eylül 2022’dir. Bu tarihten sonra
gönderilen bildiri özetleri kabul edilmeyecektir.
Gönderilen bildiriler, araştırmacıların isim ve kurumları gizli tutularak Bildiri
Değerlendirme Kurulu tarafından 100 puan üzerinden değerlendirilecek ve bu değerlendirme sonucuna göre sözlü
veya poster sunum şeklinde kabul edilecektir.
Bildiri sonuçları, bildirilerin sunulacağı tarih ve numaraları kongre web sitesinde
ilan edilecek ve bildiri sahiplerine elektronik posta yoluyla bildirilecektir.
Sisteme girilen bildiriler ile ilgili tüm yazışmalar, bildiriyi sisteme giren kişi
ile yapılacaktır.
Kabul edilen bildirinin kongrede sunulabilmesi için sunumu yapacak araştırıcının
kongre kaydının yapılmış olması gerekmektedir.
Kabul edilen tüm bildiriler, Bildiri Özet Kitabı’nda yer alacaktır ve Türk
Nefroloji Derneği web sitesinde yayınlanacaktır. Kabul edilen ve sunulmayan bildiriler Bildiri Özet
Kitabı'nda yer almayacaktır.
